I purchased a pair of Crocs footwear from the store. It got damaged within * months of usage, so I submitted the product for repair. After * weeks, they said they would replace the product. However, since the price has changed, I have to pay an extra **** rupees for the new product. Firstly, the issue happened because of the poor quality of the product. It's a faulty product for which they charge premium pricing, and it's not my fault that they raised the price. Either I want a replacement or a refund for my product.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
