AMBRANE TECHNOLOGIES - Product getting faulty regularly. Within warranty period but company asking charge for repair

Dear Sir,

Reference is made to ambrane CS******GJ******. And flipkart IN*******************, IN*******************.

My ambrane power bank purchased on ** Se ** is under warranty and it is for repair at Ambrane company delhi through collection/service centre at Bhuj.

There is no liquid damage done from my side. It may be between your collection point cell care at Bhuj to your repair point at Delhi. Please try to understand the inconvenience and do the necessary repair of the product which is under warranty and despatch timely to service centre Bhuj for further collection by me.

Earlier also this product got faulty and after repair from delhi other colour product was given to me by service centre bhuj. While asking by me to Cell care Bhuj told product model is same company despatching always a different product of same model after repair exact product no sent by ambrane product.

You are requested please do not hassle to your customer and compelling to go to consumer court.

Your prompt action will be highly appreciated.
