Capes India - Product forcefully delivered

On *th November, I have placed order the back cover of my new mobile. Afterwards I noticed that is not back cover and realized skin cases. Immediately I searched the cancellation option to cancel the order but not able to do and noticed there is no option to cancel the order even though the link is not worked. Suddenly realized and mailed them about the order cancellation within ** minutes to hello@capesindia.com. I have received acknowledge email with ticket number. Another day they are forcefully despatch the order to my address.
*. They are not followed the rules as per their cancellation rules.
*. Still there is no response about my cancellation order nm
*. This seems the capes india cheating the customer.
*. I don't bother about the payment, but why should the capes india despatch the orDer even I raised cancellation email within an hour.
Please take necessary action in this.
