I have purchased a nova trimmer on **th Sep ****. It discharges automatically when I am not using it. I have once sent it to the service center but they have cheated me by telling that the product was repaired, but it was sent back without repairing. Thereafter they are not picking up the phone.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
