MINISO INDIA Ambiance Mall Vasant Kunj - Product Exchange and Worst customer service

Dear Team,
I have bought a product from your miniso store Ambience mall Vasant Kunj on **th Dec ****, and this time they have told me you will exchange this product within ** days, however, I went to exchange this product but store denied for exchange, I have requested to many time but guilty of buying staff from your Vansant Kunj store and I have never suggested to anyone buy from there, also staff behavior is very rude it this time.
Kindly request to back my money, I have left the product at your Ambience mall Vasant Kunj store only it is laying there itself.
