I have purchased * Prestige Edge Cook-Top (PEBS ** L) * Burner gas stove at your store on **/**/**** with Bill No - ** , Pos No - R***.
Due to some sentiment we have not used the product and we are willing to exchange the same and we will purchase * Burner gas stove in your store only.
Am in marketing field due to having field work I'm not available in town from last * weeks. So that I came today for exchange.
Please consider the same as on exception and allow us for to exchange the product.
