Woodenstreet - Product does not match advertisements

Received the product yesterday and hadinstalled it ourself since yhere was NO call or response from them to ask for installation. Height of cushion is very short and on sitting on it Wooden edges of the stool are felt painfully on the buttocks. Height of the cushion shown in ads is much higher/thicker. Have sent multiple messages to CC and helpline but they disposed off the complaint unilaterally saying they have checked "multiple times"( where/what ?) and found no fault ! Ticket number ******
