Oplore Technologies - product different from advertisement

i had ordered for a phone cover for oppo f*, when i received the product, the quality was not upto the mark and definitely not worth Rs.***/- and it was very different from the picture marketed by the site (www.oplore.com). The cover that i received was not even worth Rs.***. When i asked them to arrange a return and refund the money they said that my pincode is not under their service area and hence they cannot arrange a pickup, instead asked me to courier it. When i asked them that while delivering the product my area was under their service so how cant they say that my area is not under their service when they have to take the product back and return the product? but they dint have an answer for the same.I have attached a picture of the advertisement and the actual product received. such sites should be banned.
