A k enterprises - Product didn t received but it shows delivered

Good evening
This is sai I have ordered a Daniel Clark women's stylish bag handbag in glowroad. The delivery man called me but due to some problem I couldn't pick up the call. The delivery man called me twice ,after that He doesn't call me instead of calling me back. It shows delivered.After that I checked the glowroad order tracking it shows your order has been delivered but it didn't received. So i have decided to go with a return option, so that the delivery man would call me.some of the buyers showed their handbags on review.I screenshoted the same handbag to get my refund amount but unfortunately it was not the same delivery guy. "I have paid tha amount *** on prepaid kindly refund my amount".
