Kidsfly Sahana Trading Pvt Ltd - Product delivered with missing parts

I visited Kidsfly, Panjagutta, Hyderabad shop on **/**/**** and liked smile car operated with battery. As I need car to be delivered out of Hyderabad, seller told they will find transport logistics and get back, but seller insisted to pay advance to block the car. I agreed and paid Rs ****/- as advance through UPI to shop keeper mobile number to block the car. On *-**-****, seller called me and said Rs ***/- to be charged towards delivery of the car to my address and asked to clear remaining payment. So, on *-**-****, I reconfirmed the availability of the car with seller and transferred the balance amount Rs ****/- through UPI to shop keeper number (seller asked to transfer different number as first one not working).
We expected the car delivery by *-**-**** but to my surprise the car was not delivered and no update from seller. After I reached seller on the phone, they told me that because of the Lunar eclipse they could not deliver the car and promised it will be done with priority. After that also I have not received any updates from seller and I followed up regularly with seller. Every time, seller repeated the same false promises and sometimes they ignored my calls also.
After multiple follow ups, on **-**-**** seller said new stock reached and sent a few pics of blue and black car whereas we booked white and blue car. We agreed to go with delivery of different color as seller don’t have stock of booked color. On **-**-**, seller said that Rs ****/- needs to be paid for transportation. As it's going beyond our expected budget, we decided to pick the car from the showroom by person. My brother visited the shop the same evening to collect the car, but the car was not ready with the remote and only a display piece was available. Seller requested to revisit on **-**-**** to collect the car and promised that everything will be ready. On **-**-** seller handed over the car without the remote and promised that their person would visit my brother's house to handover the remote. After a day's follow up, technician visited my brother's house on **-**-**** with the remote but failed to pair up the remote and car. He said he will bring the right remote by next day.
After payment, it's me who followed up with seller at every step. Seller never bothered to complete any step on time and ignored my calls multiple times. On **-**-****, seller texted me to bring the car to the showroom to raise a request to the company for an exchange which I did not agree as I lost complete confidence in seller process. I asked seller to send a new working car with a remote and take the old car which they denied. I also requested to return the amount but for that seller said it will take time which I cannot believe seller with all these delays from him.
With all details we dropped mail to seller on **-**-**** to mail id mentioned in bill and found mail id does not exist. All these incidents give me a picture that seller selling products to consumers by showing display pieces and not delivering right goods. So, I decided to take help of consumer forum to get my money back and request you to do justice for the pain and mental agony I went through.
