The product was ordered on **.**.**** and delivery date requested was**.**.**** (order Id ****-*****) AwB *********. Thé product was ordered for the occasion of dussehra but it was not delivered in time and the executive was unavailable for any phone calls. The SAREEN was delivered only on **.**.**** which was useless. The website also was of no use as it did not track the order correctly.The product is of a very poor quality and is not of soft silk as claimed and shown in the picture in website.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
