Style vision - Product delivered different from what was promised

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I’ve ordered a Rado wrist watch from your site. Look at the description mentioned on the site-

*) The watch is unassembled
*) The outer box and inner case is broken
*) The casing is not brass as mentioned but rexin and plastic.
*) The model is not Centrix but some Diastar.
*) The strap is ceramic and not stainless steel.


This is a clear breech of trust. Such fake watches are available on online shopping for ****/- to ****/-. The only reason I chose to buy it for Rs *****/- from your site was because it showed the original value of the watch as Rs *****/- and I expected it to be genuine.

Please refund my money and take back your product as this is not what was promised on your site. Please do the needful at the earliest. Excepting a speedy reply-
