VivaLike - Product delivered are dubious quality and incorrect

I had purchased * dresses from Vivalike online website on *st August ****. Got delivery of product on **th August ****. From that date, I have been complaining to the service provider my concerns regarding the quality of the product and I am not satisfied with the service.
While the company website states easy return and refund. They are not providing the shipping details to return the product and insisting to keep the dresses.
