OM Design And Turnkey Solution - Product Defective and delayed delivery of 6 months and no refund

Hello Consumer Helpline,
I purchased a height-adjustable desk from https://smartmojodesk.com/ on August *th ****, they promised to deliver the underneath height-adjustable : https://smartmojodesk.com/mojo-work-from-home-desk/ within * month of purchase time.
After multiple follow-ups i received the table top only in October, precisely * months after the order. My relentless follow-ups with them didn't stop and they dispatched the table stand on March *th ****. They took close to six months to dispatch the entire product and the stand is not as per the specifications and they sent a defective broken stand. They have stopped responding to any calls after this and they are not refunding the money also despite me asking them to come and collect the product which is completely defective. Added to this, their payment vendor Instamojo is also not responding to emails offlate and they started to ignore customers request also to refund the money. Can someone nail these people?
