https instagram com smart watch 03 igshid - Product defected and no response from the seller

I bought * products Wireless earphone & smartwatch in combo offer from an Instagram account. But when I got the product it was full of faults, I contacted the seller and complaint about the product. On the first day I thought they must be dealing with the problem but when I asked about the update on my query then they just said we are buzy. Till that day today is *rd day I'm still trying to get in touch with them but once the come to know it's me the say we are buzy & after that they blacklist that account too.
