Iphone X64gb & Iphone 7 128 Gb - Product Complaint

The phone was working fine and recently, one fine day the display stopped responding as it turned black as if the phone is dead, this was the first and only issue which I faced with this phone, and I have not approached the Apple care or Apple service center for any issue in past.

I got the phone at the Apple service center, Ahmedabad (Gujarat) and after all general diagnosis, as they were unable to repair it, it was sent to Bangalore Apple Care for repair.

Recently I received my phone report from Bangalore Apple care service stating that the product is ineligible for service, therefore Apple is returning the phone, the reason being the "unauthorized modifications" done on the phone and Apple does not cover those modifications. Thereafter, I had a word with Apple Care over the phone on which it was stated to me "unauthorized modifications" meaning thereby the phone was opened at some local shop. Which makes no logic as
I have purchased the extended warranty from Apple then why I would get it repaired or opened from the local store.

Moreover, when the phone was taken into custody by the Apple service center, Ahmedabad, they diagnosed it completely and they did not find any such issue which is been stated in the report issued by the Bangalore service center, which is why they took it for repair.

Therefore it is for sure that there were no "unauthorized modifications" made on the phone before I handed it over to service center, and if in case there is any issue then it took place when it was in custody of Apple, for which Apple is solely and fully liable.

At present, I feel cheated as an normal iPhone would have a life much more than what my phone had . Moreover, I purchased an extended warranty from Apple and that too is not helping me, which it should have if the phone is not working.

Moreover, the mental agony and financial loss that I have suffered is huge, because a phone worth Rs **,***/- in normal course of use became dead, and you are denying repairing it. It contains my personal information and confidential information which is priceless, is now lost.
