Tresemme - PRODUCT CLOSE TO EXPIRY DELIVERED

I ordered in total * items frm swiggy instamart today morning and recd all the products but one of which was Tresemme hair fall defence shampoo of *L which is just * months away frm expiry. My order id is #**************.
I had a talk with the customer support and they sent a mail reply saying no refund was possible. If y'all cant give a refund then its your responsibility to change the product as it makes no sense to buy a *L shampoo bottle which is only * months away frm expiry date. If anyone had made the purchase frm a store physically no one would have bought it so if I purchase it online through your app it dosent mean u send the customer such products without providing him the refund or atleast replacing the product having a minimum of ** months or more of expiry date.

Tresemme – Bad ProductOpen
I have purchased sachet of Tresemme shampoo and conditioner. The product inside was watery and smelling bad. It affected my hair quality and my hair fall started falling after using it.
