I have ordered an wireless earphone from muveacoustics on ** september and paid the amount of ****.**, even after * days no information was provided about my order so I mailed them but there was no response from there side, then again I mailed them to cancel my order but still no response, yesterday I got a reply from them that my delivery address is non deliverable so I mailed them to cancel my order again but still there is no response from there side even after repeated mails.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
