I had Purchased a Kenstar *ltr. GEYSER on date **-**-****, which has * years warranty on product & *years warranty on tank. On date **-**-**** the product has burnt automatically, no electric short circuit. For this product burn I had loss too many thing, also certainly I had save my child life. After this I had made complain in Customer Care for * times and wait for * days but no response from their side.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
