Complaint filed with Pepperfry vide their ticket reference number is (EM-******-****). No response received. Phone call to their number ***-******** disconnected after hearing complaint. I had purchased Mager Smoke Brown Glass Chandelier manufectured by Kapoor E Illuminations with * Months' Warranty. One glass bulb exploded just within half an hour of installation and caused damage to my eye. I had made a complaint to pepperfry to supply one bulb or refund price to me. No response from Pepperfry though System alloted complaint number was given to me.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
