Good Life - Product billed but not given in the bag

Took hing good life hing but The product was not in by bag along with other products. ** was the product price and ** each way I paid for revisit of the mart again from by home. **,r-*** is Bill number. Durgapur west Bengal. When wanted to enquire about the same no proper response was received from manager Mithun Saha. He also said nothing could be done about this issue for which I felt very humiliated. I requested for his contact number to enquire with him later on which he said can't share.
