SV Steel Corporation - Product arrived partially

I have ordered ***** kgs of Kamachi Steel from SV steels Corporation Erode .And paid the full amount as per quotation since they promised to deliver the entire product the next day itself.

But after delaying for one weak they have sent only **** kgs only and generated a fake bill for delivering ***** kgs.
Now they are not willing to dispatch the balance material nor to refund the amount.
