Ramachandra Hospital - Procedure wasn't done correctly

My mom had to operate her leg due to both fibual and tibia bone fractured on her left leg. There were confusion in the report taken to read the calcium level. They repeated the test but treatment wasn't done based on the repeated test result. I noticed a different result and discussed and then gave a bullshit reason, I had to pay
from my pocket for osteoporosis treatment injection because they failed to read the report at the time of admission. Next sutures weren't properly removed and they left one pin and closed with bandage. After a month when we visited for a follow-up, they removed the bandage and said completely healed. After reaching home realized there is one more pin to be removed. It's totally ridiculous, not paying attention to the the service they offer.
