Eye 7 Chaudhary Eye Centre New Delhi - Procedure not done but charged in bill amount

Eye * Chaudhary Eye Centre,**, Ring Road, Lajpat Nagar *, New Delhi ******, Phone : ********. Some procedures not done but still included in the bill amount. We did not received any report also . patient have no epiretinal membrane then why ERM piling charged in bill. no retinal detachment then why ILM peeling included in bill ? No retinal tear then why Endo laser included in bill ? Cryoretinopexy, this prrocedure is done for retinal detachment but patient has no retinal detachment then why it is included in bill ? If hospital claim that they have done these procedures then where are the reports ? These are all false bill. Secondly overcharging. For IOL exchange Rs ****/- seperately charged And then again Rs *****/- for surgeon fees ? Total surgeon fees Rs *****/- just for surgery in one eye ? And again OT charge for one eye surgery Rs *****/- ? Moreover Doctor has done immense damage to the eye during surgery. The IOL lens implanted in wrong degree. Pupil was decentered. Wrong power lens implanted. Doctor did not informed us about the lens power before implanting. Doctor assured us to pull out or remove majority vitreous but did not do accordingly. Cornea was also damaged. Cylindrical power become high. patient has to rectify all these problem from other hospital . So I demand compensation against the doctor / hospital to the tune of Rs two lakhs.
