Vodaphone Idea - Problems facing while porting

I want to port my sin from Airtel to vodaphone from last * weeks but vodaphone repeatedly cancel my request and forcing me to take postpaid connection but i don't want to take postpaid connection i am so much disturbed by this please you know how much difficult is it to live without internet but vodaphone is not concern about it they just call us at their office and send us home without any outcome contact number **********
