Physics walla - Problem not solved and not responding

I am contacting physics walla number and no one responding ,I also mailed them no reply.
My problem was recently i purchased a class for my preparation and after ** days i lost my phone and the number .The issue i cant recover that number so i lost the class access and my money too.I sujjest everyone should be carefull for this as the have one and only login method .I purchased the package after thinking a lot and with a dream that i will work hard for this but look what i got regret with my conditions.
