IFB - Problem in washing machine since the time of purchase

The IFB washing machine was purchased on June ** and since its purchase, it started to show problems due to its malfunctioning. The time and again complaints were made through their service boy reported after great efforts. Lastly, he replaced it apart but the machine still showed the problem of not getting the water hot. Finally, their team in Srinagar took up the matter with the company for its replacement vide ticket no ********** on **/**/****. But when the machine was not received I took up the matter with their office at Jammu and talked to one of the officers Mr Raj Kumar. Who told me to bear with them as we will replace another part to it. I told him till yesterday your company was talking of replacement why you have changed your mind. Please listen I have purchased a brand new machine from them why it was defective and needed so much of operations that means I was not with a standard product.
