There is a problem in phone it is not started. We tried all the steps of troubleshooting and had a conversation with one of flipkart technical/field engineer person. they are agreed that this manufacturer defect. but no response from flip cart. We order on ** october**** order get delivered in wrong address on ** october ****. we got on ** October **** in packed condition. we comlain on ** october ****. tech person vist on ** october **** and confirm the defect. tech person again visit on ** october and confirm the defect. tech person again visit on ** october and confirm the defect. we have ** days replacement guarantee. But flipkart not give any response.
