Amaron - Problem in battery replacement

I bought an Amaron Battery for my house inverter purposes on ** June **** with ** months warranty from
Sethi Agencies, (**********, **********) Exhibition road, Bharatpur(Raj.)-******.
The dealer gave me only bill with the serial number of battery written on it, but he didn't give me any warranty card. Now the battery has stopped working * months before the expiry date of the warranty and the dealer is asking for the warranty card which he didn't give to me. He refused for replacement of the battery.

Serial No.- TAE****Q****** , (**v, ***amp).
