Bollu Brothers - Private Travels harrassing Customers

We, as a group of ** people booked a Private Travel bus from Bollu Brothers to travel from Vijayawada to Tirupati (over ***+ kms). We have requested for a bus which is in a good condition, since * of my grandmother's also join us in the journey. When the bus arrived, it was absolutely in a horrific condition and it was totally unfit to travel. We couldnt put ourselves in risk by travelling in such a bus after seeing road accidents these days. We have requested the travel company to provide an alternative solution, they were adamant and asked us to adjust the journey of over **** kms. After debating for over * hrs, since there was no solution from their end, we have decided to book another travels and luckily we managed to get one. But, these Bollu Brothers are absolutely arrogant and were refrain to provide refund of the advance we have paid to them. This had caused physical and mental strain to our family. There has to be a stringent action against these sort of unfit travels and there has to be a strict legal system which would help a common man to take action against these Travels.
