Ranga prasad filed complaint against Pristyn Care Liquiloan on Dec 3, 2025
I underwent surgery in February **** through Pristyn Care. Before the procedure, I submitted my insurance card to their team, and they assured me that the entire insurance claim process would be handled end-to-end by them.
After the surgery, they informed me that the payment would be processed through their third-party partner, LiquiLoans. They also stated that once the insurance company disbursed the amount, it would automatically be deducted from my account. Since I was in severe pain and bedridden at that time, I agreed to their arrangement.
Now, after *.* years, they have approached me demanding a payment of ₹**,*** and are insisting that the amount must be paid via QR code or bank transfer. They are offering a discount of ₹**,***, and asking me to pay the remaining ₹**,***.
Because of their false assurances, I lost my insurance claim amount and have now fallen into this situation. For negotiation, I informed them that I can only pay half the amount, as I have already lost my insurance money and cannot afford to pay such a high amount.
