I have given one scooter(Activa *G) to transport from Pune to New Delhi. The courier service picked up the scooter on **/**/****. After requesting multiple times they loaded the scooter on **st of July and provided with a no. of transportation named elite courier and services. After constantly taking the update they told me that the parcel reached to Delhi at **/**/****. The point of contact has confirmed that they would home deliver my scooter by * PM on **/**/****. But when they failed to do so, I tried to contact them multiple times. They were not responding. After multiple attempts they picked up the call and said my item couldn’t be delivered because they couldn’t load. When I asked them to leave it, they said they have already loaded the parcel on **/**/**** afternoon and it will reach me by **/**/****. When I asked for something to track, the person is not responding since then.
