Status shows my prepaid ORDER NO ********** has been returned but still with you. (Check attachments).The reason for return said poor packaging & damage. The package was properly packed and accepted by you, for transit -& after reaching the destination point you have marked return giving reason for poor packing. Must have damaged & now perished during transit .But I have not received this. Tracking shows it is lying with you. My parcel transaction was prepaid. I have received an email stating that there will be no refund besides you have demanded more money. Now pay Rs.***/- towards the cost of Mangoes(as declared while booking the consignment) Rs.***/ + Rs.***/ charged by you for this consignment. I have written several emails to your company email ID & to you in App. So far none have replied. Take decisions fast to avoid legal proceedings.
