OSOM in clothing brand and Shadowfax in courier service - Prepaid OSOM Order Not Delivered Same Fake Delivery Number Given 3 Times

Merged Complaint (OSOM.in + Shadowfax):

I placed a prepaid order with OSOM.in on ** November **** (Order ID: OSOM *****). The shipment was given to Shadowfax (Tracking ID: SF***********KR). Since then, the same issue has repeated multiple times.

Shadowfax keeps marking the package as “Out for Delivery,” but every time they assign the same delivery phone number: **********. This number is always switched off and clearly not an active delivery agent. No actual delivery attempt has ever been made.

This has happened three times, with the exact same invalid number being used repeatedly.

The package moved through the hubs as follows:

Mumbai DC on ** Nov

Kolkata * DC on ** Nov at **:** AM

Krishnanagar Hub on ** Nov at **:** PM


After reaching the final hub, the status keeps looping with the same switched-off number and no progress.

Since this is a prepaid order, this repeated use of a fake number and false “Out for Delivery” updates is a clear case of deficiency of service, failure to deliver a paid product, and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, ****.

I am requesting intervention so that either:

*. A real, working delivery agent is assigned immediately, or


*. A full refund is processed, along with an explanation of why the same invalid number was used three times.
