Wishcare - Prepaid Order Sent as COD

Although the order was marked as paid, the package I received was incorrectly set as Cash on Delivery (COD) for ₹***.
Due to this error, I had no option but to decline the delivery, as I had already completed the payment online. I texted them on WhatsApp, emailed them but no reply. This is pathetic.
