I want to raise my complaint against Myntra, My prepaid was delivered to someone else and now myntra is declining my refund against the product which was not delivered to me and I have been writing and calling to the customer support team for an update either or to deliver or to return the funds.
They are yet not ready to resolve the query.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
