Reene cosmetic - Prepaid Order Not Shipped After 20 Days No Response from Support

I placed a prepaid order with Renee Cosmetics on *rd May ****, worth *,*** rs . The order included * items and a free gift. It has been more than ** days, and the order has still not been dispatched. Despite multiple follow-ups via calls and emails, I have received no proper response only repetitive excuses to "wait for *-* more days."
Surprisingly, I placed another Cash on Delivery (COD) order recently, and it was shipped within ** hours, which clearly shows that the company is prioritizing COD orders over prepaid ones. This is an unfair trade practice and a clear case of customer negligence.
I have already filed a formal complaint on the National Consumer Helpline and attached payment proof.
Even after my repeated requests, the company is not issuing a refund or shipping my prepaid order.

Formal apology from company
Improvement in customer service response
Assurance of fair treatment for prepaid customers
