la sosta shop - Prepaid order not despatched no communication

I ordered a shirt through lasostashop.com
for Rs. **** on *nd June **** and received a confirmation mail from the company.
In the mail I was promised delivery within ** days, since then it has been around ** days wherein;

*. The mail id provided, i.e. info@lasostashop.com is invalid and my mails for enquiry bounce back.

*. Both the phone no. provided by the company are invalid and cant reach the same.

*. I tried connecting on social media handles at Instagram as well as Facebook, the messages are not read or replied to.

*. Tried to humbly contact the owner on instagram Nikita Vij Mehta and facebook Niki Vij in a *-liner message to approach a solution to this ongoing problem, no reply.

*. The website suddenly is blocked and wont operate.

*. Shared my problem on Google Reviews to connect with the company, no reply in * days.

The time and energy I had to put in, feeling cheated, from a company that was absolutely reliable.
