anutamayaofficial - Prepaid order not delivered

I had placed an order on the **th of June, **** for * tops worth Rs. **** on Instagram (@anutamayaofficial). I was told that I would be receiving the order within *-** days. On the *th day when I messaged them requesting for the order status, I received a passive aggressive reply stating that they meant *-** 'working days,' excluding public holidays. I thanked them for the clarification.

After that I messaged on the *th 'working day,' to which I didn't receive any reply and on sending a reminder the next day (Thursday), they said that the order will be shipped on Saturday (**th June, ****). I then messaged them on Saturday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, politely requesting them to share the order status/ the tracking details if the order had been shipped. I have not received replies to any of my messages starting from Saturday.

I asked one of my friends to message them for a new order and they replied within seconds, which showed that they were ignoring my messages on purpose.

It is saddening to see such scamsters existing and thriving in this manner. I can only hope that this complaint might be of help to others and alert potential customers about this account.
