Arham Sweets Ajmer Road Jaipur - Prepaid order not delivered

I had placed an order of * plates crunchy momos at Araham Sweets, DCM, Ajmer Road, Jaipur on **th Feb **** **:**:** to be picked up at *:** pm and had prepaid INR ***. However, when I reached the venue after *:** pm, I was shocked to find that the none of the kitchen/staff members were aware of the order and the ordered food was not prepared. It was a strangling and frustrating feeling for me as I had planned an event at * pm and I was left with no option or time after this mishap. I requested them to return my money to which they adamantly forced me to take a replacement food item and di not even return my money.
