Messho - Prepaid Order not delivered

*st october I received a message That product is delivered . however no OTP I received . I raised a complaint however the resolution given is product is delivered .
In my apartment The security guard takes picture of all the courier person and phone number and address of courier and courier person .
No courier guy from mesho came .
I think mesho is running a fraud business.
