My prepaid order no **** placed with Kayanjali chikankari on ** th February amounting to Rs *,***/- is not yet delivered. The company mentioned the delivery would be done with *-* business days which was later extended to **-** working days. I believe the extended period demanded by the company is already over. The customer executive sent me a fake message that my order is shipped and since I did not register on their website I didn’t get the tracking details. They keep on postponing the date of delivery by giving lame excuses. I want refund as I cannot wait for the order for so long. Either give me refund or desptach my order immediately
