We placed an order on *rd November **** at **:** am of white heel sandals & prepaid for it. The order was marked delivered on *th November **** at **:** am but we never received the order, any delivery message, call or OTP from their end. We had placed order for another similar product but of different colour & it was delivered & returned back. The problem is that both products have exactly same tracking ID which is why both products were marked as delivered at the same time. We have been continuously contacting the customer care but they are not helping or responding to our complain. They are neither ready to refund nor provide the product for it.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
