Dealshare - Prepaid Items not Delivered

Dear Team,
I had placed an order (Bag ID ********) with dealshare from my mobile (**********) on **th July, it's been * days since they have not delivered it. It is fully paid online.

I have reached the call center number *********** everyday starting **nd July and got an update stating it would be delivered in **-** hours. Every time they promise to escalate to the local distribution point, but finally nothing happens.(You can hear the recorded voice from number **********)

On **th July the status of the oRder in App changed to "Out for Delivery" with a number given as DSA-Biswajit-Saha(***********). I called him more than ** times. The phone rang but unattended.Finally, Mr Biswajit Saha attended the call after **+ attempts and updated me that your material had not reached them and that is why they can not deliver.He requested me to keep patience and wait.

Tomorrow, I hoped it would be delivered but in the late evening it got rescheduled, don't know why? It is totally not transparent to customers and you are not even taking customer calls seriously.

I just want to know why you are running the business when you can't deliver the order and take our money. Its ridiculous and dealshare are harassing its customers mentally and financially.

Can you please share your escalation matrix so that I can get an answer for the agony and miscommitment?
