Rohit Kumar filed complaint against Jshopping Digital Retailing on Jan 9, 2019
Hi, I placed lenevo and HTC mobile battery order and paid online. I got defective battery and call to customer care +************ and they asked me to return and said that they will credit the shipment cost and once the product will be received they will replace the battery and dispatch new battery.
more than one month is over and neither they have paid the shipment cost neither they dispatched the new battery.
I called to customer care and now they are not responding properly.
Kindly take some action help me on this.
