Bajaj Finserv Private Limited - Premium of Policy Paid But Not Yet Renewed and Got Expired

I am Sainathan Ganesh Iyer from Pune. My father took the Mediclaim Policy through Bajaj Finserv through EMI Account (***GIPGC******) for me. The policy was "Manipal Cigna Pro Health Group Insurance Policy". The policy expired was supposed to expire on **th August ****. The Master policy number is (************/**/**) and Certificate No is (************/**/**). Every year we use to receive renewal call from Bajaj Finserv. However this year we didn't receive any call also no EMI options was provided. But we received the text message with a payment link for amount *,***/- which we paid using that link on *th August **** that is before the expiry date. However we have not received policy renewed email or message. And also the same renewal text message with payment link is being received again and again. Please find the screenshots of the payment done successfully through the bajaj finserv portal. Also attaching the UPI payment proof from Bank. Please look into this matter on urgent basis so that my health policy is active and continued with all benefits. And I had contacted Manipal Cigna for the same but they said that the policy has already expired because Bajaj Finserv has not yet made the payment to them. And tried calling all the Bajaj Finserv related customer numbers and contacted email but I did not receive any help. Please help me in this matter I have great hope from Team Voxya as they have hugely helped me in the past.
