I had placed a pre paid order on **th June, but it's been ** days and they didn't deliver my order. They were supposed to ship with expressbees https://www.xpressbees.com/shipment/tracking?awbNo=***************
but the order has never been picked up.
I emailed them about this issue on info@jackmarc.com and support@jackmarc.com but to no avail, they haven't responded to me at all.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
