SOUMIK BASU filed complaint against Alchemist Township India Ltd on May 22, 2021

This is to inform you that I have invested an amount of RS. ******/-(three lac) only in Alchemist Township India Ltd. vide certificate No. TZ******** in **.**.****. But after maturity on **-**-**** company extended the maturity dt. for further six month. And complete the tenure company issued a cheque no. ******. ch. dt. **.**.**** amt. rupees Three lakh only. But the said cheque dishonored.
There after a long time was gone. Two years ago this case was sent to Kolkata High Court division bench by SP Talukder committee. And Kolkata High Court directed investors to submit online application in their portal. I also submitted online portal with relevant documents attached. But till now I don't get my money.
