RAJLAXMI KITCHEN HOME LPP BRAND NAME KUTCHINA LLP NO AAG6066 - Prayer for Refund

Respected Sir or Mam,
with due respect it is inform you that,I Biswajit Biswas ,a citizen of India. About three years ago to decorate my new residence kitchen by Kutchina kitchen solution took a decession. After that I communicate With Kutchina area dealer( RAJLAXMI KITCHEN & HOME LPP BRAND NAME KUTCHINA LLP NO -AAG-****)for settled the decoration.
According to company guidelines at first I pay Rs. *****.** through A/c payee cheque (Chq. Details Chq no. ****** dated **.**.**** SBI) which was deducted from my account in time.But after that no initiative taken from Kitchen appliances.They assure me to give quotation within ** days by hand or through mail.I communicate so many times but result zero. In the mean Time Rajlakxmi Kitchen & Home lpp losses their authorisation from Kutchina. They took money but not initiative anything that end. At that situation I want to get refund my valuable money by phone but they not agreed. After that I send mail to Kutchina but they take no amicable solution. I am hope hopeless. If possible kindly take care about my matter.
