Dear Team,
It is to kind information that I am the existing customer since last * yrs when the store will opened.I am purchasing every month grocery from this counter.Now a days from last * months this stores Cash counter opened only * rest counter is closed and there is huge rush in the opened counter.And the staff of this counter is non cooperative.Today I have purchased a Gift item for my friend at the time of billing Afsana khatun I asked her for gift package she rudely behave and asked me store manager asked me to gift pack is possible this is not my job.I know this is not her job but she is unable to know how to speak with customer.I need necessary action action against this employee or else my Monday I lodge a complaint against her name to MD CEO and Consumer forum.From your company please visit this stores how staff are behave and no proper price mentioned against the products and staff are only gossiping here and there and * cash counter opened others are closed .I need action against Staff Afsana Khatun Ullash Smart Bazar.
